And we’re just getting started!The PF Headquarters Real Estate team is searching for a Real Estate Specialist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. About the Role:

    As our Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of research pertaining to available retail properties suitable for Planet Fitness clubs. You will process incoming leads and site submission reviews for our Real Estate Managers and Directors.

    To be successful in this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to support our Latin America and Central US regions.

    The right candidate will be able to travel with their Director to Planet Fitness locations in the Central US region, as well as international locations in your assigned Latin American region.

    Overall, as our Bilingual Real Estate Specialist and reporting to the Manager, Real Estate, you will use your excellent interpersonal skills and your administrative real estate experience to support the team’s delivery of Planet Fitness real estate development success.

    In this role you will:

    Research available retail properties suitable for a Planet Fitness club through online commercial listing services, such as Costar and LoopNet.

    Process incoming leads on potential retail properties being submitted through the Planet Fitness portal by landlord-developers, brokers, and the public.

    Process incoming site submission reviews being submitted through the Planet Fitness Real Estate portal in preparation for Director and Manager review.

    Responsible for heavy data entry, inputting site submission activities into Planet Fitness’s internal database and maintaining Salesforce CRM by entering in new leasing data.

    Obtain valuable information on potential properties such as traffic counts, real estate tax data, aerial photos, surrounding health club competition, demographics, zoning information, etc.

    Prepare and present data during bi-weekly Planet Fitness Real Estate Committee meetings.

    Assist with coordination of activities for Planet Fitness's involvement with ICSC real estate conventions. Attendance at these conventions may also be required.

    Perform quarterly market tours and/or site visits with your Director of Real Estate.

    Assist with communicating with franchisees and real estate brokers on real estate matters.

    Coordinate franchisee calls for Directors and Real Estate Managers.

    About You:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field, preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and full comprehension in both English and Spanish, required

    Ability to travel to Planet Fitness locations in the Central US regions at least 20% of the time, and internationally up to 10% of the time, required

    2-4 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry, strongly preferred

    Salesforce CRM experience, preferred

    Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Ability to use Photoshop to create custom maps by way of graphic arts, preferred

    Possess strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

    Particularly detail-oriented, efficient, and extremely organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives

    Exhibit comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment
