The PF Headquarters Marketing team is searching for a Sr. Manager, Mobile Marketing.About the Role:As our Senior Manager of Mobile Marketing, you will manage all Marketing aspects of the cross-functional Mobile App team and will be a key partner with the product development team and broader Marketing organization. You will be committed to driving member value with an agile mindset and providing strong brand leadership, project management and prioritization to ensure timely deployment of future App functionality, as well as continual usage and optimization of core features and experiences to ensure the PF App is best-in-class and continues to meet the evolving needs of our PF members.
Collaborate with the PF Development Team to lead the on-going development of the PF App including input on the overall experience, operationalization of key functionality and content support (both created and leveraged from the broader teams and our partners).
Develop and manage a Marketing support calendar for operationalizing key features, advertising the App and messaging features within the App, engaging members and non-members and actively managing a holistic content schedule with the broader team and our partners.
Develop a dedicated strategy to fully realize PF’s goals of acquisition, upgrade and retention within the overall App experience.
Continually benchmark and provide recommendations for improving member communication and the App experience across the industry and based on usage data.
Excel at leading, collaborating and empowering team members and colleagues without formal authority.
Have an aptitude for working ‘hands-on’ with marketing and technology stakeholders and integrating them to drive outcomes.
Look for opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks.
Demonstrate innate curiosity to deliver best-in-class Mobile experiences based on continuous learning of the PF member and our business model.
Anticipate, discover, and prioritize stakeholder needs to serve as the voice of the member.
Collaborate on the overall product strategy to direct and inform the Mobile roadmap.
Drive Mobile App adoption by defining, developing and collaborating on the Marketing channel plan.
Contribute to companywide discussions to understand the needs and present strategic roadmaps.
Evaluate progress against KPIs, and adapt plans to drive success.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in Marketing preferred.
7+ years of related experience and/or product management in the digital marketing technology space.
A learning and growth attitude with a passion for delivering quantifiable value to our members.
Experience understanding customer & business needs and leading cross-functional teams.
Skilled at managing internal and external relationships and integrating vendor solutions to drive business value.
Skilled at using data and insights, letting facts own the way to develop effective strategic product roadmaps.
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Extremely collaborative with strong experience working on cross-functional teams.
Detail oriented, efficient and organized.
Able to establish priorities and objectives
Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude! Flexible and able to adjust to constant change.
Used to working in an extremely fast paced, time sensitive, deadline driven environment.
