Job Description
The Planning Design Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, planning, and integration of large Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) related to airport infrastructure. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and project management skills to ensure that all design efforts comply with FAA regulations, state codes, and environmental policies.
This position requires working closely with civil engineers, architects, environmental planners, and aviation consultants to develop comprehensive design strategies for both airside and landside infrastructure. The Planning Design Manager will be expected to coordinate efforts among various departments, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the design into airport operations while maintaining compliance with FAA Advisory Circulars (ACs), Part 139, and Part 77 requirements.

**The salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$215k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications. **
