We're currently working with a top-tier automotive manufacturer looking to add a Plant Controller to their leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to make a real impact at the plant level.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading all financial and accounting operations within the facility. That includes everything from general ledger and cost accounting to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You’ll be a key partner to the Plant Manager and senior leadership, helping drive performance, identify efficiencies, and guide critical business decisions. Full P&L ownership and strategic planning will be a big part of your day-to-day.

We’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in an automotive manufacturing environment, and prior experience as a Plant Controller. A background in cost accounting and ERP systems (ideally QAD) is important, as is a solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.
