Job Summary:

Lead plant maintenance and reliability, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Maintenance Excellence processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure employee safety and compliance with regulations.

2. Implement reliability-centered maintenance for machine uptime and cost reduction.

3. Lead maintenance department, developing skills and expertise.

4. Manage capital projects, budgets, and department spend.

5. Apply root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of industrial maintenance leadership experience.

2. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related field.

3. Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and Root Cause Analysis techniques.

4. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with TPM, Reliability, or CMMS.

2. Supervisory manufacturing experience.
