Plant Health Care Fulfillment Technician

Qualifications:
Experience in route schedule: you have worked in a position before where you had a schedule of clients to see and were in charge of your own day/time at each client’s home in order to complete all of your clients for the day (this experience is not required, but beneficial)
Self-motivated and able to work by yourself while still reporting to a supervisor
Detail oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
Positive attitude while working even when things are difficult
Desire to learn. This position requires a constant willingness to learn
Strong work ethic. The harder you work the more you will achieve, and the more opportunities will be available to you as you grow
Communication skills and professionalism will be required to work together with customers to help their trees
High levels of honesty and integrity
Arizona drivers license, clean driving record, and safe driving skills. Your motor vehicle record will be reviewed to determine if you are a safe and responsible driver
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Applicator or pest control license is a plus, but not required (if you do not already have this, we will pay for you to get your applicator license)
Responsibilities:
Learn to follow all policies and procedure for the position
Be able to show up consistently at 7 AM
Stock work truck with all equipment and supplies needed
Drive safely to all residential and commercial stops scheduled for the day
Evaluate, treat, and monitor trees for pest, disease, fungal, and cultural problems
Keep work truck and equipment clean and organized
Fill out paperwork and reports properly via our company software
Effectively communicate with management so they are informed of what is happening in the field
Continue to learn in order to improve your understanding of plant health as well as the products and services we provide
