Plant Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee operations at our facility. This role involves leading a team of 10 employees and will play a critical role in driving efficiency, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including production, shipping/receiving, and warehouse activities.
• Approve orders, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in batchmaking, labeling, and other production tasks as needed.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate supply plans.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Collaborate with other facilities to support broader organizational goals.
• Motivate and mentor employees to achieve individual and team success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field, with leadership or supervisory roles in production.
• Knowledge of chemical compounding, batchmaking, or similar processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work hands-on with a team while also managing operations.
• Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $60,000–$70,000
• Standard benefits package with paid time off as well as sick leave.
• Minimal travel requirements, limited to initial training.
