    We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Director in Woodland Hills, CA.

    This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a compensation package of $100,000 - $110,000 annually (DOE) plus 15% annual bonus potential. This role is hiring immediately.

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive knowledge of plant operations, engineering, and facility maintenance.

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.

    • 7-10 years of experience in plant engineering, including expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and ground maintenance.

    • Proven experience with construction management and working with subcontractors.

    • 5 years of experience managing budgets and financial oversight.

    • 5 years of mid-level management experience, overseeing maintenance teams.

    • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations (Title 22, NFPA 101: Life Safety Code).

    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement maintenance programs, including preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and buildings.

    • Set up work order software (Worx Hub) with detailed equipment tracking, locations, and serial numbers.

    • Manage vendor contracts for critical facility systems, including generators, elevators, grease traps, kitchen hoods, and landscaping.

    • Work closely with the development team and contractors to ensure a smooth operational setup.

    • Oversee landscaping, maintenance, and safety personnel, ensuring quality control through inspections.

    • Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage plant operations staff.

    • Maintain emergency medical and power-generating equipment.

    • Ensure compliance with fire and life safety regulations, coordinating maintenance of fire suppression and safety systems.

    • Collaborate with the Executive Director on building and equipment maintenance needs.

    • Monitor and enforce infection control guidelines within the department.

    • Oversee department budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

    • Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
