    **Specific Responsibilities

    **

    **Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    **- Supervising, mentoring, and directing Production Supervisors

    • Participating in plant safety, health and environmental programs and ensuring a safe working environment.
    • Supporting the development and deployment of the Dexter Operating System (DOS)
    • Supporting the systems to report Key Process Indicators (KPI’s), conducting the standard meetings and driving the identification of abnormalities, discovering root causes and problem solving to present recurrence
    • Managing production schedules to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
    • Maintaining labor performance objectives
    • Ensuring quality procedures are followed and achieving 100% on time delivery
    • Performing other tasks, duties or special projects as directed

    **Requirements

    **- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a comparable discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

    • Lean and continuous improvement experience is required
    • Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a similar size manufacturing site
    • Qualified candidate must have experience in all phases of manufacturing operations and production scheduling, including maintaining and controlling direct and indirect labor budgets
    • Must be a team player, goal oriented, and be self-motivated
    • Computer skills are a must
