Job Summary

We are a private plastic surgery practice specializing in surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures. The practice has two board certified plastic surgeons with over 25 years experience in cosmetic surgery.
This position is approximately 25 to 30 hours per week and will require some remote hours working from 5 to 7 and some Saturdays. You will be on the front lines responsible for selling cosmetic treatments and setting up virtual and in office consultations. You will be responsible to manage inbound leads and provide quotes to all new potential patients. Duties will include providing the status of leads and opportunities on a weekly basis to ensure response times and report on lead quality to the office manager. This position will also require working closely with the marketing team.
Success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals and by staying ahead of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
Provide patient education, coordination, and scheduling for procedures and assist physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Willing to go into post operative follow up appointments with the Doctors. Effectively manage inbound leads by working collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue.

Qualifications
Demonstrable sales experience desired
Previous plastic surgery knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strongly self-motivated, and very goal oriented
Strong organizational skills
Medical assistant background is required
Fluent knowledge of english and spanish is required.
