Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible, friendly, and energetic individual to join our team as a Playground Floor Associate at Complete Playground. In this role, you will oversee the playground area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. You’ll monitor activity, guide guests with any questions or concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the playground area to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.

• Monitor play equipment and enforce rules to prevent accidents or unsafe behavior.

• Provide guidance to guests by answering questions and offering assistance as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized playground area by tidying up and reporting any maintenance issues.

• Be an approachable and positive presence, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.

• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain alert and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

• Previous experience in customer service or working with children is a plus.

• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
