    Available Shifts:

    • 1st Shift, 8:30a – 5:00p, M-F (Medina, Akron, or Independence, OH)
    • 2nd Shift 11:30a-8:00p M-F (Medina, Akron, or Independence, OH)
    • 4 x 10-hr shifts, Weds-Sat, 1:30p-12a (Medina only)

    Job Purpose

    We're seeking multiple Facility Coordinators to help address and resolve nationwide facility-related maintenance issues by coordinating between clients and service vendors.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to client maintenance requests through PVC Connect software via email and phone.
    • Create work orders, solicit bids/proposals, and assign service agreements to subcontractors and vendors.
    • Use PVC Connect to identify, select, and schedule service providers; source new vendors when needed.
    • Communicate work order details, review service quotes, and obtain approval for cost estimates; negotiate service rates.
    • Maintain continuous communication with vendors, document project progress in PVC Connect and Customer Portal, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Track the status of each work order, expedite and resolve outstanding services, and ensure timely and quality service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Strong multitasking abilities, including handling phone calls, typing, and computer work simultaneously.
    • Minimum one year of experience resolving client issues in commercial facilities/property management, a fast-paced service business, or a customer call center.
    • Successful track record in telephone-based customer service roles.
    • Proficient computer skills, including CRM software use, data entry, documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
    • Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.
