    Reporting to the Paid Search Supervisor, PlowShare’s Search Associate will be responsible for helping the planning and implementation of Paid Search campaigns for our clients. This role will support the Paid Search Supervisor in leading PlowShare’s paid search initiatives that help our clients build awareness and engagement for their causes. We are looking for someone who is looking to learn and grow through hand on experience and be part of a fast moving team that supports some incredible clients and their causes.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines
    • In collaboration with your Manager, be accountable for pacing and managing account budgets
    • A point of contact for Search Engine and third-party reps
    • Responsible for Keyword builds, Ad copy writing, building campaigns in worksheets and in Search Engine Platforms
    • Responsible for Data and Analytics in weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
    • Ensure best practice, develop program testing plans and adoption of new features or processes
    • Assist in communication with other channel teams
    • Build strong relationships across client services team and with client.
    • Assist in meetings, QBRs as needed
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-2+ years of experience in a digital ad agency, with a focus on PPC/SEM
    • Basic knowledge of Search Engines and third-party tools, including SA360
    • Working knowledge in leveraging Excel and PowerPoint in Paid Search
    • Will to learn and grow in data aggregation, manipulation, and analysis
    • Ability to think strategically, identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
    • Strong project and resource management skills
    • Excellent writing skills, for both client facing communications and to summarize insights in a concise manner
    • Strong public speaking, under the guidance of the Paid Search manager discuss campaign strategies, tactics, and reports with clients in meetings as needed

    Compensation Range: $46,500 - $61,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
