    Job Description:

    Big Brothers Home Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber/Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and drain cleaning, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service with professionalism and expertise.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heating systems.
    - Perform drain cleaning services using a variety of tools and techniques, including snaking and hydro-jetting.
    - Install and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and valves.
    - Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
    - Respond promptly to service calls, providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the process.
    - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
    - Collaborate with other team members and assist with larger plumbing projects as needed.
    - Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to provide the best service possible.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational program in plumbing is preferred.
    - Valid plumbing license/certification as required by local regulations.
