    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber/Drain Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and drain services, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems and drainage solutions. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
    - Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
    - Clear and inspect drains using various tools and equipment, including snakes and hydro-jetting.
    - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and drainage systems to prevent issues.
    - Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
    - Provide accurate estimates and consultations for plumbing and drain services.
    - Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services and providing recommendations.
    - Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
    - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
    - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
    - Stay updated with the latest industry developments, tools, and technology.

    Qualifications:
    - Experience required.
    - Proven experience as a plumber or drain technician, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
    - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
    - Familiarity with drainage systems and methods for clearing blockages.
    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    - Strong communication and customer service skills.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    - Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    - Physical stamina and agility, able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
