Arie Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumber Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Plumber Manager, you will oversee a team of plumbers, manage projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job. Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, hiring and firing a team of plumbers and apprentices

Plan and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish

Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and regulations

Train and mentor plumbing staff

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Excellent problem-solving abilities
