Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team. This position will involve a variety of plumbing work, including remodels, new residential construction, residential service, commercial service, and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a reliable professional with a strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings

Work on remodels, new construction, and service calls

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

Ensure compliance with IPC (International Plumbing Code) and Virginia state plumbing code

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions

Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of professional plumbing experience

Valid plumbing license preferred

Must have own hand tools

Strong knowledge of IPC and VA state plumbing code

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work in various environments, and perform physically demanding tasks

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own transportation to & from office or job site

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
