We are Mr Rooter Plumbing in Addison. We are a plumbing company that services over a million population is seeking a highly motivated , responsible , timely , authoritative and especially organized individual for the role of Operations Manager. Individuals who have a great background in teaching and coaching is a must.

You will assist the owner in guiding the operations of different departments , reporting daily to the owner and overseeing any and all operations level projects and protocols . You will be the primary resource that runs this location. We are not looking to micromanage, however we are going to be very selected and picking the appropriate individual who is the best fit for this

You will work hand in hand with the office operations manager to ensure the team as a whole reaches the company's monthly as well as yearly goals.

You must project a clean appearance, be able to hold others accountable, be EXCELLENT with communication and put in hours as needed .

This job requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a manager role, in any field.

Willing to train in the plumbing field, plumbing experience not needed.

Job is salary plus bonus. Actively interviewing .
