Job Overview: We are looking for a licensed plumber with a contractor’s license (or open to obtaining one) who is ready to step into a management role. Responsibilities:

Ensure all plumbing work is performed efficiently and in compliance with Indiana Plumbing Codes.

Monitor job sites to uphold quality control standards.

Coordinate with contractors and inspectors to keep projects on schedule.

Communicate with customers on project status and address any concerns.

Hire and train a team of skilled plumbers.

Manage administrative tasks, including ordering materials, maintaining records, and handling paperwork.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and select contractors for specific jobs.

Serve as the licensed contractor for the company, coordinating with local inspectors and city officials on permits and inspections.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Licensed plumber with an Indiana contractor’s license (or willingness to obtain one).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects.

Experience in residential service plumbing preferred.

Interested in potential business ownership/partnership opportunities.

Work Location: Primarily in Porter County, IN, with coverage in surrounding areas including Lake and LaPorte Counties.
