    Job Summary:
    As a Plumbing/Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and drainage systems. You will interact with customers to assess their needs, provide solutions, and ensure complete satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safe working practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing and drainage systems, including leaks, clogs, and other issues.
    - Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related fixtures.
    - Utilize plumbing tools and equipment effectively and safely, including snakes, augers, and cameras for drain inspection.
    - Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions.
    - Communicate with customers about plumbing issues, service recommendations, and maintenance tips.
    - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
    - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
    - Stay up-to-date with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
    - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in plumbing is preferred.
    - Valid plumbing license (where applicable) and a clean driving record.
    - Minimum of [2] years of experience in plumbing and drainage services.
    - Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment; familiarity with plumbing software is a plus.
