The Opportunity

From underground to rough-in to final finish, you’ll manage all phases of plumbing work, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a team of 10-15 plumbers while collaborating with general contractors and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations for new construction projects, including underground, rough-in, and finish phases.
- Manage and lead a team of 10-15 plumbers, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with General Contractors (GCs) and Project Managers (PMs) to align on project goals and timelines.
- Review plans, layouts, and scheduling to ensure milestones are met.
- Train, mentor, and support the team, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in plumbing for new construction (multi-family or commercial). Hands-on experience with hospitality, senior living, medical offices, or similar settings is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams while maintaining project timelines and quality.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in plumbing plans, layouts, and construction schedules.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a stable work history.
- Certifications: Apprenticeship, journeyman, or other plumbing certifications are a plus but not required.
