Plumbing Manager – With Benefits/Incentives

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

$85,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses

We are expanding our offerings and launching a Plumbing Division, and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to build and lead this new department. What Will I Do?

· Lead the establishment and growth of the Plumbing Division, setting strategic goals and operational procedures.

· Perform and oversee residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.

· Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of skilled plumbers.

· Work alongside our HVAC teams to provide complete home service solutions.

· Ensure excellent customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business development.

· Oversee job scheduling and workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

· Gain a thorough and complete understanding of how department performance impacts the company's financial and KPI results.

· Provide constant positive coaching and feedback for team members.

· Report all relevant information, reports, and data to the Management Team as required.

· Participate in Company meetings, hold regular plumbing department meetings, and participate in company planning.

Do I Have what it takes?

· Licensed Journeyman Plumber in New York State (required).

· Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.

· Strong technical expertise in residential and light commercial plumbing.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and customer service abilities.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a business.
