    Responsibilities for the Plumbing Service Manager:

    • Oversee and implement service systems for the plumbing department, with a focus on call-by-call management and maintaining process efficiency.
    • Track and analyze KPIs, focusing on plumbing service metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve company goals.
    • Hold the team accountable for performance by setting clear expectations, driving productivity, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
    • Foster a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring all plumbing services exceed customer expectations and industry standards.
    • Coach, mentor, and train service technicians, with emphasis on plumbing knowledge, to foster both personal and professional growth.
    • Oversee daily plumbing operations, ensuring that all procedures are followed, with particular attention to plumbing services.
    • Use your plumbing expertise to diagnose and resolve escalated service issues, working closely with customers and technicians.
    • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards, local plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing complaints and inquiries with a focus on plumbing solutions and service excellence.


    Requirements for our Plumbing Service Manager:

    • Extensive experience in hands-on plumbing
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Manager.
    • Proven experience in management, leadership, and coaching within a residential service company.
    • Strong understanding of service systems, processes, KPIs, and metrics, with a particular emphasis on plumbing operations.
    • Ability to drive team performance, meet business objectives, and ensure accountability at all levels.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Technologically savvy, highly organized, and process-driven.
    • Clean, safe driving record and ability to pass a background check.
    • A team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
