Evening Shelf Stocker/Grocery West Point Commissary
Required to complete a successful background check
Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
Day/Night Commissary Shelf Stocker Responsibilities:
Perform general stocking functions, to include rotating and stocking product as well as general cleaning of shelves.
Stock all items that fit on shelf according to the standards of that commodity to maintain a complete supply of items accessible to customers.
Display, block, straighten and clean all merchandise as well as shelf area to maintain a presentable appearance.
Rotate specified merchandise to ensure that the oldest date codes are in the front of the shelf area.
Remove all damaged and hazardous commodities to maintain safety standards.
Breakdown and remove all cardboard and trash to keep the stocking area clean of debris.
A self-starter who is adaptable and quick to learn new things.
Exhibit polite and professional communication.
Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned, as necessary.
Work Hours & Benefits:
Schedule/Hours: Evenings starting at 6pm, Monday thru Sunday

Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently
Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required
One (1) year of shelf stocking, merchandising, or related experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedural manuals.
Other Skills and Abilities:
General cleaning skills, keeping shelves cleaned and warehouse organized.
