    Responsibilities

    • Inspect and diagnose issues with pneumatic tools and strapping machines, including air compressors, nail guns, staplers, and strapping components.
    • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble pneumatic tools and strapping machines, replacing faulty parts such as O-rings, seals, gaskets, blades, and straps.
    • Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, calibration) on tools and strapping equipment.
    • Test repaired tools and machines to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
    • Accurately document repairs, parts used, and maintenance tasks in computer systems.
    • Manage inventory of replacement parts and tools, including those for strapping equipment, using computer software.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on tool and strapping machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Follow safety protocols and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or a related field is advantageous.
    • Previous experience in tool repair, mechanical maintenance, electrical component removal and replacement, or similar.
    • Knowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and strapping machines.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
    • Proficiency in diagnostic tools, hand tools, and specialized repair equipment.
    • Familiarity with computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation.
    • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a safety-oriented mindset.
    • Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.

    Working Conditions
