Job Description
PODS Moving & Storage is looking for an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative or Inbound Sales Representative to act as a liaison, provide service/ product information, resolve any problems, and offer any upsell products based on customer needs.
This customer service representative will answer inbound calls and respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and not be afraid to offer a comprehensive solution to their problems. This position will require a broad knowledge of the company’s services and will be expected to contribute ideas and solutions to improve productivity and customer relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage incoming calls and email correspondence.
- Offer any upgrade packages based on customer needs
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Manage customer inquiries by providing appropriate solutions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain customer interactions, educate the customer to service process, and solve related issues
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 2+ years as an inbound sales agent or phone customer service experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with proper multitasking and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and MS Office Word and Excel, Web Browser
- Aptitude and ability to learn proprietary CRM system is required.
- Ability to handle information professionally and discreetly.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma or higher (Preferred)
