● Strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and/or Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations applicable to the IAE portfolio of systems ● Ability to connect statutory and regulatory policy to the functionality in SAM.gov and FPDS.gov. ● Strong written and oral communication skills ● Experience with relevant software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets ● Minimum 2 years experience as policy analyst, government contracts manager, or related field ● Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline
