    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Policy Change Clerk to join our team. This role requires an individual who has a strong understanding of policy management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex systems and procedures. The Policy Change Clerk will play a key role in implementing, tracking, and assisting with policy updates and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

    ALL ABOUT THE POSITION

    As a Policy Change Clerk, each day could bring new challenges, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities :

    • Review, analyze, and process policy changes to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Maintain and update policy documentation, ensuring it is current and accurately reflects organizational and legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of policy changes and ensure smooth transitions.
    • Assist with the development of new policies or revisions to existing policies, providing administrative support in the process.
    • Monitor the progress of policy changes and report on the status of implementation, identifying any challenges or delays.
    • Ensure that all policy changes are accurately recorded, tracked, and filed in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding policy changes, providing clarification and guidance as necessary.
    • Assist in training staff members in policy updates and ensuring their adherence to new or revised policies.
    • Perform other duties as required to support the Policy and Compliance Department.

    ALL ABOUT YOU

    We are looking for someone with:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
    • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in policy management or related field.
    • Familiarity with policy creation, change management processes, or compliance standards is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
