The Polyurethane Foam Injection Technician is responsible for assisting our lead tech with polyurethane foam injection processes to lift and stabilize concrete surfaces. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, physical labor, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in polyurethane foam injection, construction, or foundation repair and be capable of following instructions and communicating effectively while ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites. Responsibilities: • Perform polyurethane foam injection to lift and stabilize concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and foundations. • Operate and maintain polyurethane injection equipment, including pumps, hoses, and material tanks. • Assess job sites and determine the appropriate injection points and procedures. • Ensure proper cleanup and site restoration after each job. • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing concerns and explaining the injection process. • Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in polyurethane foam injection, foundation repair, or related construction field. • Physical Requirements: The work environment may require a combination of indoor and outdoor activity (hot, cold, wet, humid conditions) with a varied amount of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and the ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80 pounds. • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Compensation: $17- $19 hourly
