Education and experience College degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communication or another relevant area. 3-5 years of experience in social media and content marketing. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Social Network Coordinator position is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the PVPS social media platforms to increase brand awareness and sales. The position will be responsible for building new audiences, increasing visibility and deepening engagement. • Create social posts that will connect and educate our viewers through community interaction, awareness and conversation. • Collaborate with all PVPS departments & providers to advocate their services, expertise &/or related products. • Oversee viewer correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. • Coordinate social with weekly/monthly/annual marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns. • Collect and analyze feedback from viewers & patients to gauge satisfaction and success. • Track performance of campaigns, engagement and SEO. • Engage with Allergan Digital Consultant and benchmark social activity. • Research changing and evolving trends in social media (i.e. latest additions/changes with IG and Facebook features) and modify accordingly. • Photography: Imagine, capture and create images to be used in traditional, digital and print advertising & marketing. • Photography: Continue to engage staff with personal photo shoots for social ads. • Train relevant staff (providers) on social media best practices and get buy-in to use their own social media accounts to promote themselves. • Create daily unique content for Instagram/Facebook stories. • Actively participate in weekly marketing meetings. • Perform other related duties as requested by the marketing manager.
