As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator your primary focus is moving candidates through various steps of the hiring process. From setting up interviews and background checks to preparing new hire packets, you play an important part in delivering the best candidate experience. You will be tasked with building out and auditing requisitions as well as those critical administrative duties that keep everything running like clockwork. There is plenty of space for you to put your own stamp on things, looking out for any areas of improvement and providing insight so we can make things better for our candidates and our customers.
