  You understand that accuracy and market intelligence are key components of delivering great outcomes for customers. You will have experience doing this within similar programs. You will also have experience developing and maintaining relationships with temporary hires, customers, and suppliers. 

What does a day in the life of a Pontoon Senior Program Consultant look like? 

• You are the trusted partner to your client, guiding them end to end through the requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenges and needs, consulting on roles and job descriptions, and providing insights gained from market intelligence. 
• Once requisitions are vetted and ready, you will review and manage the suppliers’ candidate submittals, shortlisting, and only submitting the most qualified candidates for end-user review. 
• Relationships are key – you will be the connector between the client, suppliers, and temporary workers, before, during, and after the requisition process. 
• You will utilize VMS technology to oversee all stages of the requisition process, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results. You will be a VMS Subject Matter Expert and our supplier community and clients will lean on you to drive these processes.
