Duties and Essential Functions

· Welcoming and Greeting residents. Assisting them with lounge covers, towers and umbrellas etc.;
· Maintain sign-in sheet;
· Set up umbrellas and the cabanas;
· Makes sure water is placed on the table, as well as the beverage container and skin care products
· Fold towels daily to be offered to the residents.
· Assist residents with setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other pool area equipment.
· Ensure residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations;
· Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor;
· Remove dirty towels.
· Maintain and organize the pool furniture, floor candles and tables.
· Ensures the area clean and trash and debris
· Complete daily check list including cleaning standards of the pool area.
· Wearing PPE safety equipment (glasses, breathing masks, gloves), when working with chemicals and other related products or tools
· Observe all State, Federal and Company safety standards/precautions while performing tasks to maintain a safe work environment
Work Environment The position will be mostly outdoors, near a pool. Moderate noise level.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures. This position will require long periods of standing and walking, as well as working outdoors.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours will be determined by the property. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the property.
Required Education and Experience
· Prior experience in a related position.
· Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred
· High School Diploma or Equivalent;
· The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment.
· Must convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during highly stressful situations.
· Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment with various team members in other departments.
· Must be able communicate effectively with other team members and guests.
