Please note this is a seasonal position.

Duties include checking in residents and approved guests, monitoring pool area, ensuring residents/guests are following posted pool rules, ensuring ONLY residents/approved guests are using the amenities, and reporting any issues seen at the pool.

Applicant must be 17+ years of age to apply.

Applicant MUST have working cellphone, reliable transportation, and weekend/holiday availability for the entirety of contract to be considered for the position. Time off approved with proper advance notice.

Must be willing to drive to pools in multiple locations in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Raeford and Cameron.

Pool season typically runs from mid May to 30 September with paid orientation in April (End dates subject to change due to hurricane season).

Attendant does not need to have lifeguard certification because the attendant will not be acting as a lifeguard.

The pay is $15 per hour. Employees will be compensated weekly.
