We need a problem-solving pool cleaning technician to maintain, clean, and treat pools for a variety of clients in our community. Responsibilities include using our company vehicle to visit residential clients to clean, test chemical levels, treat water, and maintain pool equipment. Responsibilities: • Replace underwater light fixtures • Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary • Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool • Detect and correct leaks or cracks in the pool area’s structure, pipes, or plumbing • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment • Blow off pool decks • Skim, Brush, and Vacuum pools • Empty Pump Baskets and Backwash pools • Check Equipment for Leaks and Issues • Check and Balance Pool Water Chemistry Qualifications: • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity • Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions • We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques • High school diploma or GED required • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license • Drivers License and clean driving record required • Must be reliable • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to work in all weather conditions • Training is provided Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly
