Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Equipment Installation & Repair Technician to join our team! As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for the installation or repair of pool equipment (Heaters, Pumps, Filters, Automation, etc) and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pool equipment. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.

Responsibilities

Ability to efficiently and independently diagnose/troubleshoot pool equipment

Ability to install and repair pool equipment: Example: motors, filters, pumps, lights, heaters, automation, plumbing, electrical wiring.

Ability to effectively communicate with management and customers.

Organization of work area and work vehicle.

Inventory management.

Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers.

Pool Maintenance Service Experience is required
