    Responsibilities:

    Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

    Sell new residential & commercial maintenance agreements.

    Accurately communicate with our customers about any changes to their maintenance schedule.

    Manage and monitor chemicals consumed percentages per pool and property.

    Lead bi-weekly maintenance department meeting.

    Hold quarterly & end of year reviews with maintenance technicians.

    Assist in answering the phone by greeting our clients in a friendly manner and transferring to the correct department.

    Aid in the hiring and development of our new employees.

    Requirements:

    Requirements for this position are that you have:

    (1) At least 1 year of office management and/or accounting experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred; and

    (2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Bonus Potential:

    This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
