  • Responsibilities

    Pyramid Pool Monitoring Service is hiring Team Leads for multiple locations in Georgia, Alabama, and Texas. We are seeking personable and responsible individuals who can supervise, train, and lead employees while also fulfilling the duties of a pool monitor when necessary. This role requires leadership skills, strong judgment, and excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervision & Training

    Ensure all employees are assigned to active schedules and pool locations.

    Conduct training and ongoing evaluations of pool monitors at assigned locations.

    Coordinate with area managers to recruit and hire employees when vacancies arise.

    Travel weekly to different locations to evaluate employee performance, ensure proper monitoring, restock materials, and address concerns from clients or employees.

    Act as a mentor and trainer for new and existing employees, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and pool regulations.

    Pool Monitor Duties:

    Greet patrons and provide friendly, professional customer service.

    Check for pool passes and refuse entry to unauthorized guests.

    Enforce community pool rules and ensure all patrons follow established safety guidelines.

    Maintain written logs of incidents and daily operations.

    Enforce social distancing guidelines per local regulations when applicable.

    Keep the pool area clean and organized

    Skimming the pool for debris

    Wiping down tables.

    Lowering umbrellas.

    Straightening chairs and tables.

    Emptying trash.

    Keeping bathrooms tidy and fully stocked.

    Be available to step in as a pool monitor when needed due to staffing gaps or emergencies.

    Work Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED required.

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius.

    Ability to remain calm and handle emergency or confrontational situations effectively.

    Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun.

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Availability to work weekends and summer holidays.

    Experience in a leadership role, including training, mentoring, and supervising employees.

    Preferred backgrounds include teachers, retirees, and college students seeking a summer job.

    Special Note:

    Applicants must be available to work on major summer holidays, including Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day (July 4th), and Labor Day.
