    Pool Systems Repair Technician & Route Manager We are seeking a hard-working, customer-focused, team player for a rewarding full-time position with competitive compensation. This position includes the split duties of a repair technician and a route manager. Primary tasks include quoting and completing repairs, as well as managing the weekly services calendar. Previous pool repair experience is required. Qualified applicants who would like to work part-time, please still apply and we may be able to adjust the job description. Responsibilities: • Provide detailed written quotes for pool equipment • Explain recommended repairs • Install and diagnose equipment including pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and failures • Keep records of services performed including pictures • Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool • Daily scheduling and review of weekly pool service techs • Collaborate with the service technicians and office teams to address client needs • In charge of new client start up services Qualifications: • Three years or greater experience in pool repair service • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Able to diagnose and repair automation, plumbing, heaters, electrical • Problem-solving skills • Use mobile devices for scheduling and client communication • Florida Driver’s license with good driving record • No criminal background • Written and spoken English (Spanish is a benefit) • CPC Required (We will work with you to obtain within the first year) • Work area (Naples, Orangetree, Ave Maria) Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 Based on Experience, Eligible for Bonuses
