Benefits: • Insurance Plan • Retirement Plan • Bonuses • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Paid Training • No Weekends • Tips • Fun Company Events Responsibilities: • Install and diagnose pool automation • Installation and programming of variable speed pumps • Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair or replacement including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, check valves • Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement • Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers, pool lights, salt systems, or automation • Keep records of services performed including pictures • Perform drain and acid washing of pools • Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool Qualifications: • Three years or greater in pool repairs • Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair • Automation experience • Heater troubleshooting experience • Electrical knowledge including both high and low voltage • Problem-solving skills • Must be able to pass a criminal background check Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly + bonus
