In this role, you will be responsible for identifying leads, interacting with potential customers, and guiding them through the pool design and sales process. As the welcoming face of our Pronto Pools division, you will deliver exceptional customer service while offering tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and financial plan. Compensation: • Expected Earnings to be in a range of $150,000 to $200,000, base + commission • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 60 days • Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: • Build relationships with potential clients to understand their outdoor space goals. • Conduct on-site consultations and offer recommendations that match the client’s vision. • Collaborate with the design team to create custom pool designs. • Prepare and present proposals with detailed pricing and timelines. • Respond to leads quickly and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. • Work with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in outdoor living, construction, or a similar field. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus but not mandatory. • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for surpassing sales targets. • Knowledge of pool design, materials, and construction is advantageous. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
