Swimming Pool Cleaning Technician (multiple positions)

Pool Scouts is a professional work environment where you build customer relationships while providing superior cleaning and maintenance services to residential pools.

The Position:

Full Time (~32-40 hours per week, M-F, day shift)

Maintaining and cleaning residential pools

Driving a company-issued van

Minor repairs

Use of technology (phone, tablet) to record and track daily activities

Focus on excellent Customer Experience

Workday begins/ends in South Austin. You must have reliable transportation to get to the shop. Company vehicle provided for the workday.

It is HOT. Please be prepared to work in the sun.

Requirements:

• Must be legally allowed to work in the US

• Must be 18 or older

• Must have a valid driver's license and pass insurance coverage check

• Ability to work for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures

• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Must have your own cell phone with data that you can use on the job

• Proficiency with use of tablet or smart phone

• CPO or willingness to become certified

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• $17 paid training,
• $18 when able to be on your own, usually after ~2-3 weeks of training,
• $19 after 4 weeks solo, with good quality work and consistent dependability,
• $20 after an additional 90 work days based on good quality of work/performance review.
