As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping pools in top shape, ensuring they’re safe, functional, and looking great. Whether you’re installing equipment, troubleshooting issues, or providing friendly advice to customers, you’ll be an essential part of creating great backyard experiences.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Install & Maintain pool equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, lights, and pool covers. ✔ Diagnose & Fix Issues—spot problems before they get worse and ensure pools stay in top working order. ✔ Deliver Outstanding Customer Service—help customers understand their pools and offer expert maintenance tips. ✔ Keep Things Organized—document jobs, track inventory, and ensure you have the supplies you need. ✔ Stay Sharp—attend training sessions to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and techniques. ✔ Follow Safety & Compliance Standards—because we take safety and quality seriously.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Hardworking, dependable team players who take pride in their work. 🔹 Problem-solvers who can think on their feet and troubleshoot technical issues. 🔹 Great communicators who enjoy helping customers. 🔹 Detail-oriented individuals who keep things clean, organized, and running smoothly. 🔹 Physically capable workers (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods). 🔹 Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between service locations.

👉 No experience? No problem! We’re happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. A Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus, but not required.
