    Job Description:

    As a Pool Service Technician at Mystic Pool Service & Supplies, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and installation of various types of pool equipment. As well as documenting each job performed. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' pools, contributing to their overall satisfaction and enjoyment.

    Responsibilities:

    Install and service pool equipment and accessories, including pool covers, lights, pumps, filters, and heaters.

    Programming automation systems

    Provide excellent customer service, including offering advice on pool maintenance and safety practices.

    Diagnose problems with pool equipment.

    Maintain accurate service records and inventory of supplies and chemicals.

    Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pool maintenance and safety.

    Attend training sessions to stay current with new products, services, and maintenance techniques.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a recognized pool operator course (e.g., CPO) is a plus.

    Previous experience in pool service or maintenance is preferred but not required.

    Strong understanding of pool chemistry and experience with pool maintenance equipment and tools.

    Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with pool equipment.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.

    Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel to multiple service locations within the area.

    Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak season.
