Benefits: • Weekends Off • Paid Holidays • Paid Overtime • Paid Time Off • Company Truck • Paid Training • Retirement Plan • Insurance Plan Responsibilities: • Keep a record of all services performed in our app • Advise customers on the best preventative maintenance practices • Test pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemical levels • Cleaning swimming pools and inspecting equipment Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license required • Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and dexterity • We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques. • Must have a valid driver’s license. • Candidate must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. • Ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required. • Must have a clean driving record and drive safely and courteously, obeying signs and driving rules. • Log service visits and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner. • Must have a great attitude and be willing to learn continually. Compensation: $18 - $20+ per hr DOE $750 - $950 Weekly
