Read all notes on tickets prior to leaving for the day and make sure you are fully prepared for your route prior to leaving
Upon arrival to a customer’s home, ring bell (unless otherwise noted) and announce that you are there today to perform the service
Vacuum, skim and brush pool each visit
Empty pump and skimmer baskets each visit
Backwash as needed and cartridges cleaned as needed
Inspect pool equipment and report any issues that are not able to be fixed on the visit
Complete water chemistry check and balance (unless otherwise noted) on each visit
Complete water analysis report written up on the ticket with notes of what was performed, any issues found and any customer expectations with the second copy left for the customer
Most importantly, when unsure of something – contact the office and speak with In-House Mechanic
Additional employee documents will be provided to technician to aid in better understanding job duties
Must adhere to all safety guidelines
Start time is 7:30 AM and technician is expected to be on the road to their first job site NO LATER than 8:00 AM. Deductions will occur if this is not adhered to
At least two weeks notice is required for any request for a personal day absence
Any job change between technicians must be approved by supervisor
Notify office of all accidents or incidents with company vehicle at time of incident
