Job Description: The Pool and Facilities Director manages all facility operations to ensure a safe, fully functional, and well-maintained environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of the pool facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of pool cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality, ensuring a superior experience for all patrons. A strong background in pool maintenance, water chemistry, and facility management is essential to succeed in this role. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of Maintenance Technicians while providing leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pool maintenance, facility management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool safety practices.
• Current CPO certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• First Aid/CPR certification (required within 90 days of hire).
• Two or more years of college or trade school preferred.
Skills:
