Responsibilities: General Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and recreational areas.Trash and Recycling: Emptying trash bins and recycling containers in common areas, ensuring proper disposal, and maintaining clean trash rooms.Exterior Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, courtyards, parking lots, and entrances. This may include light landscaping tasks such as removing litter, raking leaves, or shoveling snow as needed.Responding to Resident Requests: Assisting residents with minor tasks or responding to maintenance-related concerns as directed by property management. Qualifications: Experience in Cleaning or Maintenance: Previous experience working in janitorial, custodial, or maintenance roles is typically preferred.Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail to ensure that cleaning and maintenance tasks are thoroughly completed.Time Management and Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and complete duties in a timely manner.Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with residents, property management, and other staff members, including reporting issues and following directions. Compensation: $21 - $22 hourly
