Job Summary:
As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and cleanliness of our community. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the property grounds, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests. **

Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including common areas, walkways, and parking lots.
Remove trash, debris, and pet waste from the grounds daily.
Perform minor landscaping duties such as watering plants, raking leaves, and sweeping walkways.
Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Ensure outdoor amenities (pools, grilling areas, playgrounds) are clean and well-maintained.
Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:**
Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
