Part-Time Porter - Long Island City 30th Street, 66 Luxury Condominiums, Two Buildings of 33 units- Mon to Friday 9am to 3pm. (3 hours each building) Buildings are attached to each other. Must live close to Long Island City. Garbage, recycling, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, gym, elevators, sweeping parking lots, snow shoveling/salting, power washing, painting, carpentry, and assisting in various other jobs.
